Diwali derives its name from the row of clay lamps that
adorn Indian households, symbolizing the inner light guarding against spiritual
darkness. I wanted to depict a scene of such illuminated homes, complemented by
vivid illustrations that reflects the festival's significance. These visuals
feature elements like rangoli, fireworks, and culturally iconic symbols such as
the lotus flower.
